Christine Ewers
Christine Ewers is a first-year doctoral student at the University of Georgia working in the Yager Lab on microbial heterotrophy. She will be investigating hydrolysis rates (the conversion of particles into dissolved material) in the water column and on suspended sediment using a fluorometric assay for extracellular enzyme activities.
